I'm hoping to start a class here in Seattle this fall. I really miss teaching and training. I've lost so much of my flexibility that I've recently taken up yoga. And boy am I sore from it, too!

These were taken in '95, I think, the summer before
I went back to Virginia Tech. I was a partner in Black
Belt College in Warrenton and Fredericksburg, VA. I also
had a Weightroom, but that closed after I moved to Blacksburg.
Black Belt College is still around; there are schools in
King George, Culpeper and Ruckersville VA and I think some
of our former students have started schools in Portland OR
and Hidalgo, Mexico.
