Cut version 0.0.1b15

- small comment change.
- Dots instead of pass...
- Use Protocol to implement the interface typevar here instead.
- Adds find_lowest_node_less_than_or_equal_to.
- Cleanup code / comments.
- Improve type hints in bst.py.
- Better definition of "fuzzy".
- Iterate within a range.
